1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Oddballz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our home maintenance services and website. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Oddballz is operated by two high school students serving the Columbus, Ohio area. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

2. Services Provided

Oddballz provides home maintenance and assistance services including, but not limited to:

• Daily household tasks (dishes, laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Heavy lifting and moving assistance
• Light maintenance and basic repairs
• Yard work and outdoor tasks
• Organization and decluttering

We reserve the right to decline any service request that we deem unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond our capabilities. We do not provide specialized services requiring professional licenses (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

3. Booking, Pricing & Payment

Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual time spent and complexity of tasks.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. For monthly subscription plans, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service cost.

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the tasks and services needed
• Ensure safe access to your property and work areas
• Provide necessary supplies, tools, or materials unless otherwise arranged
• Secure pets and inform us of any potential hazards in your home
• Treat our team members with respect and professionalism
• Communicate any concerns or issues during or immediately after service

5. Liability & Insurance

Oddballz carries general liability insurance to protect both our customers and our team. We take care to perform all services safely and professionally.

While we exercise reasonable care, Oddballz is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects in your property
• Damage caused by following your specific instructions
• Damage to items not disclosed or visible during service
• Consequential or indirect damages beyond the cost of services

Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your home. Our team will not share any information about your property, belongings, or personal matters with third parties.

7. Service Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service relationships with reasonable notice. For subscription plans, customers may cancel at any time with no penalty, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, disrespectful, or creates an unsafe working environment for our team.
