Currently enrolled at Canal Winchester High School or nearby schools. Must be at least 16 years old.
Show up on time, follow through on commitments, and communicate clearly with customers and team.
Not afraid of hard work. Ready to tackle any task with energy and a positive attitude.
Friendly, professional, and respectful when interacting with customers and teammates.
Have reliable transportation to get to job sites around Canal Winchester and Columbus area.
Work well with others, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive work environment.

It's flexible! Some students work 5-10 hours per week, others work 20+ during busy seasons. You choose what works for you.
We hire on a rolling basis. Once you're accepted, we'll provide training and you can start within 1-2 weeks.

Absolutely! Summer, winter, and spring breaks are our busiest times. Great opportunity to earn more during time off.
