Scheduling & Availability

Since we're full-time students, we're primarily available evenings (after 3 PM on school days), weekends, and during school breaks (summer, winter, spring). We're flexible and will work with your schedule to find a time that works!

We understand life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We'll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.

Our pricing depends on the type and scope of work. We offer competitive hourly rates for one-time jobs, as well as monthly subscription plans (Bronze at $1/month, Silver at $279/month, and Gold at $499/month) for regular maintenance. Contact us for a free quote tailored to your specific needs!

Yes! All estimates and quotes are completely free with no obligation. Just tell us what you need, and we'll provide a transparent price before any work begins.

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of the service. For monthly plan subscribers, we can set up automatic monthly billing.

Absolutely not! We believe in transparent pricing. The quote we give you is the price you pay—no surprise charges, no hidden fees. If additional work comes up during the job, we'll always discuss it with you first before proceeding.

For most tasks, we can use your existing supplies (cleaning products, tools, etc.). For specialized equipment or materials, we'll let you know in advance. We can also bring our own supplies if needed—just let us know your preference when scheduling.
